● Responsible for the timely set-up of the fleets across all locations in Nigeria.
● Responsible for all processes from the initial delivery of vehicles across locations in Nigeria until the vehicle is activated.
● Liaise with required 3rd party contractors across locations to handle painting, branding and other required processes to ensure vehicles are set up in a timely manner.
● Liaise with the documentation team to ensure that vehicle plate numbers, insurance and other documentation are delivered appropriately to ensure timely activation.
● I follow up with every daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities and operations time
● I ensure all the vehicle details are carefully captured and updated for identification on the company database (VAMS).
● Provided product information and resolved concerns to assist customers.
