With several years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, I’ve developed a strong, practical understanding of how to keep users productive across Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. My work has consistently centered on maintaining a stable tenant, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that identity, collaboration, and communication tools run smoothly.
A large part of my daily work involves troubleshooting Outlook and Exchange Online issues. When users report connection failures, I typically start by checking autodiscover health, validating DNS records, and confirming that modern authentication is functioning correctly. For profile corruption or OST‑related issues, I recreate profiles, clear cached credentials, and use tools like the Support and Recovery Assistant to isolate the root cause.
Mail‑flow problems are handled through message trace analysis, mailbox audits, and transport rule reviews to quickly identify where messages are being delayed or dropped.
In addition to my cloud administration skills, I have hands-on experience with basic hardware troubleshooting and foundational networking concepts. I also possess a solid understanding of on-premises infrastructure and can manage servers effectively.
