I have enjoyed solving peoples issue, even as far back as high school. This led me to pursue customer care as a related passions. I got to learn how to manage a team and how to handle customer and ensure customer satisfaction. After college, I took a job at CCECC as an assistance administrative officer. I moved to Jumia Nig. to work as a customer service agent. I'm looking to expand my experience across different industries, which is why I'm so interested in joining an agency like yours.
