2 Worked directly with customer care to ensured customers complaint were resolved
3 Summarized all fraudulent cases.
4 Electronically make refund to customers who mistakenly paid or Overpaid into company’s account
5 Perform reconciliation for all collection (payment gateways)- auto card debit, auto account debit, USSD, bank transfers and cash deposit
6 Execute chargebacks, double payments and disputes resolution of card transactions
7 Prepare monthly reconciliation report regarding all transactions made within the month
