Data-driven Computational Biologist with a strong background in cell biology, cancer immunotherapy, biostatistics, and cell-imaging data analysis. Seeking a challenging computational biology role where I can leverage my expertise in cell biology and computational analysis to the development of novel therapies for human diseases.
At my 8-month-long internship at Digi.Bio, I gained experience in analyzing large single-cell imaging datasets to identify key biological insights such as immune cell motility, cell-to-cell interactions, and cytotoxic activities. At my 6-month-long internship at Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, I gained experience in applying advanced statistical model to analyze large clinical datasets. During undergraduate, I also gained experience in performing various cell/ molecular biology techniques such as cloning, transfection, co-immunoprecipitation, western blot, and fluorescence microscopy imaging.
I obtained my Bachelor's education in Cell Biology at Soka University of America, California, United States, and Master's degree in Medical Biology at Radboud University, Nijmegen, Netherlands.
