• Developed a survey questionnaire based on available literature and conducted a risk culture survey • Successfully measured the risk culture within the company – the risk-related behavioural norms of all staff in the Netherlands, UK, France and Belgium
• Wrote a paper/report about the risk culture within the company
• Supported the Assurance & Monitoring team by processing improvement actions for the first line in a risk management software
• Supported the management committee members in managing their timely closure of assurance actions and their risk events by sending reminder emails containing a list of outstanding (overdue) actions and risk events
• Attended weekly team meetings where general updates, reviews and other topics related to important issues like ESG/climate change and new policies and regulations, and their impacts, were discussed
