Pragmatic Director of Project Management with over 25 years of experience in managing complex and international projects. Over the years I’ve formed and managed various PMO teams as well as teams of technical specialists. I've operated in various industries including IT, Banking, and Legal.
The type of projects include organizational and process change, software implementation, and the move of on-premises systems to the Cloud. A special experience has been helping to build the Reynen Court startup. Key characteristics of my way of working are bringing parties together, getting requirements and priorities clear, providing structure, following up on agreed deliverables, and communicating effectively while empowering those who are in the position to deliver results.
