Austin Lacko

Motivated person with expertise in brand development, marketing, and customer service. In addition to starting a fashion business and managing all aspects from design to sales, I also finished a marketing internship that concentrated on strategy and market research. I am fluent in English (C1), Spanish (B2), and Slovak (C2) and was recognized for my academic performance in English and Economics Olympiads.

I have the knowledge to use Canva, Adobe Suite, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite. Being a student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, I can't wait to tackle a new challenge with my diverse skill set.

My current position as a Callcenter Intern at Golden Tix, where I handle phone calls, offer customer assistance, answer questions, and assist the sales team, is part of my professional background. I previously worked as a marketing intern at Pitak s.r.o., where I carried out market research and analysis, helped with marketing strategy, and created materials including social media content and brochures. In addition, I started my own fashion label, Sinners of Night, where I oversaw all business functions, including marketing, sales, and production, in addition to creating and designing collections.

I also managed and oversaw a staff while working as a server/bartender at Emporio Group s.r.o., where I also developed creative cocktail mixes and delivered first-rate customer service.

I am currently a student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in The Hague, Netherlands, where I began my studies in September 2025.

I completed my secondary education at Súkromné Gymnázium Katkin Park in Košice, Slovakia, from September 2020 to May 2025.
