I chose materials science and engineering as my major at one of the most accredited universities in Iran, Khajeh Nasir University of Technology (K. N.
University). During my education, I followed all courses with much enthusiasm and passion, and I dedicated my endeavors to general concepts of materials. As my field of study was industrial metallurgy, I have become familiar with different alloys, their behavior in different situations, and their properties. Steels are very applicable in the industry; therefore, I have learned how to work with key to steel book and software. Also, I taught these to other students at K. N.
University. As a result of my good knowledge of English, I was the top student in the "English in Materials" course, and the following year I was chosen as a teacher assistant for this course, and I got good feedback from students and professors.
To deep my knowledge in materials science and enhance my team working and management skills I was elected to be the project manager of the scientific research group. We worked on Nanocomposites and Ferro fluids. We built a flying robot made of composites, fulfilled its tail with Ferrofluid capsules, and coated with fluorescent color.
My experience as a project manager and working with more than 10 people helped me boost my social skills and responsibility. We have done several projects such as usage of Zeolites in reducing water consumption in agriculture.
Having studied the various and important applications of Nano and advanced materials, I decided to choose the simulation of moisture diffusion in Nano clay-polymer composites as my thesis under the supervision of Dr.Salehi. These materials can be used in the packaging industry, especially in the food industry, and simulation is done by Abaqus and Matlab softwares. As my internship I worked in a cable manufacturing factory.
I was involved in the production line and doing mechanical tests on the cables.
After my bachelor's, I worked for nine months as the manager of the R&D department sector at Homaye Danesh Company. Our mission was to solve our clients' issues more about technical problems during the production and therefore I am familiar with production lines.
In order to be able to get to my long-term objective, I decided to pursue my education and enhance my knowledge and skills at Politecnico di Milano in the field of materials engineering and Nanotechnology. I have learned a lot from the courses and done several course projects, which enhanced my knowledge and teamwork skills. As my master thesis I worked on sensors and MEMS and application of machine learning in predicting their properties.
After that I started to work with Bosch company in the same field and using machine learning and image detection for prediction of MEMS properties.
During my studies, I gained knowledge of corrosion, heat treatment and process procedure. This position in very interesting for me because I can use my knowledge in the real field that I like. I am good at working in a team and I have experience of working with clients.
