Max Siegel

I'm a Bachelors student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, concentrating in Materials Science Engineering with a focus on Food Tech. I'm a dual citizen with Germany and I have Dutch background and prior work experience. I'm passionate about food systems optimization, innovative fashion design, and product development.

I've worked as a materials scientist at many labs over the last few years, working collaboratively with teams to optimize materials performance.

I've also worked as a line cook at a one-Michelin starred restaurant.
