Ervaring
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of the transaction reporting process
- Drive improvements to reduce & minimize overstock in the IT equipment’s and increase productivity
- Good & in-depth experience in Excel and with MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Word). Day to day to work in Excel
- Custom data, statistics, process and social skills to move different stakeholders towards the goal of improving the processes, systems and capabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights to store management and corporate teams
- Work with internal teams (e.g., IT, compliance, operations) to ensure that systems and processes are in place to capture and report the necessary data
- Propose and help implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure that IT stores have the right products in the right quantities at the right time
- Ensure clear and accurate (MIS) reports that provide insight into information that is relevant to the company
- Support staffing and resource planning by analyzing historical data and predicting future needs based on trends and seasonal variations
- Work closely with store managers, regional managers, and other departments (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain) to understand their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with trade repositories to confirm that reported data is accurate and complete
- Keep up with updates to the regulation and adjusting reporting processes accordingly
