I am an involved, empathetic and caring person. With experience in both IT and management, I enjoy participating in both sides at multiple levels. Building healthy and efficient environments is what I enjoy the most.
At work, I shine in roles where I enable, support and facilitate IT teams getting things done.
I have multiple years of experience in management of IT teams, and multiple years of experience as a member of them, as an engineer. I shifted my career from being a hands-on engineer to making sure that the hands-on engineers can do their job without worrying about anything else.
In the last years, I formed, organized, grown and nurtured three different teams. All with different requirements such as support SLA and windows, or software delivery.
