I am 22 years old, originally from Germany, and moved to the Netherlands to complete my university studies.
I am non-binary and my pronouns are they/them.
I have experience as a First Line Customer Service Agent from working at the H&M customer service center in Maastricht. I can handle customer contacts in German and English, know how to follow Data Protection Guidelines, and have experience handling product, order, payment, and distribution incidents.
I am proficient in Python, Java, and Matlab, and have experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and C.
I have a Bachelor of Science from the Maastricht Science Programme and am interested in Neuroscience, Physics, and Computer Science.
