Katy Novikov

My name is Katy, I am originally from Brazil and now living in the Netherlands. I have experience in customer service, sales, and wellness. In Brazil, I worked in the financial sector advising clients on investments, and later I gained experience in quality control of official documents.

Currently I work at House of Rituals in Amsterdam as a massage therapist and hostess, where I combine hospitality with wellness and premium customer care. I enjoy working with people, listening carefully, and creating a warm and positive atmosphere.

Portuguese is my native language. I speak English and Dutch very well, and I also speak some Spanish and a little Russian. I am communicative, professional, and motivated to contribute with my skills in an international environment.
