I lead complex initiatives across SMEs, large enterprises and institutional environments, building new capabilities or taking back control of projects that have been stalled for months. I work alongside internal teams, taking direct responsibility for execution and turning strategy into measurable results.

• Coordinated a cross-functional group distributed across the whole country in the delivery of complex projects.

• Led Faberbee, a group company, with the mandate to design and bring to market a blockchain-based platform.
• Coordinated a team of 10 in the development of Lexecute (www.lexecute.io), a blockchain-based contract management platform.
• Enabled clients to build vertical solutions on the platform, including ChainOn (www.chainon.it).
• Contributed to the sale of the platform to 4 clients in the lending sector, for use cases related to loans and credit facilities.
• €1.5M turnover in 2022 and €3M in investment raised.
