While learning the technical side of IT, I discovered my passion for helping people on my team identify and harness the pure source of their energy in their work. One of my proudest achievements is bringing departments to a professional level from an international perspective. Encouraging a culture of innovation and creativity, I've challenged traditional ways of thinking to deliver improved outcomes and to achieve success.
I have a broad experience in Transformational Projects, Global Strategy, Service Management, Operations management, Agile/Scrum.
Started at the ServiceDesk where I was able to learn and implement different service models and spearhead a global implementation of the follow the sun principle. Implemented Jira, and was part of a global ERP role out. After that I worked in a highly secure and complex environment.
