Mohammad Alawieh received the M.Sc. degree with honors in Computer and Communication engineering (CCE) from Lebanese International University (LIU), Beirut,Lebanon, in 2016.
During Fall of 2018, He was a research assistant at the Lebanese International University involved in a 5G waveform project. From May 2018 to November 2018, He had an internship with INSA de Rennes contributing in a receive spatial modulation technique on "National Instruments" Massive MIMO test bench. From April to August 2019, He was a research engineer also at INSA de Rennes working on a MIMO test bench implementation.
From September 2019 to August 2020, He was a research engineer at Centrale Supelec, involved in research and proof of concept implementation of "Fourier Based Adaptive Waveform".
From September 2020 till end of 2022, He was a research engineer also at Centrale Supelec, involved in the BRAVE French National Project (ANR) about beyond 5G terabits wireless communication in the sub-terahertz bands.
He is currently a senior telecommunications engineer at Hiber, focused on the EasyPulse satellite IoT solution.
