I have developed my Cisco CCNP credentials in the telecom industry, participating in the design, deployment, and optimization of multiple network and data center projects that involve large-scale MPLS/VPN (OSPF, MP-BGP), LAN, WAN, and security. I am well-versed in TCP/IP and a range of services and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, IAM, storage, firewalling, high-end Cisco routers and switches, L2 and L3 protocols (HSRP, Spanning-tree, VLAN, Dynamic VLAN assignment, dot1.x, VPNs, etc.), and I am capable of transforming networks and data centers to meet the desired goals of a business. I have also managed projects related to ISO27k, PCI-DSS regulations and security frameworks for CPP and COPP.

My ITSM expertise and comprehensive IT knowledge allow me to identify and mitigate potential risks, improve service quality, and reduce costs and dependencies. I began my career as a Network expert, obtaining certification from Cisco. I then furthered my skillset by studying project management, allowing me to work with various approaches to projects. Over the years, I increased my IT knowledge by teaching computer networking. Now, I am working to expand my understanding of business, so I can better meet the needs of businesses with the correct IT technologies and solutions.
