I am an Experienced Business Analyst specializing in innovative software implementations and regulatory compliance. Based in Amsterdam, my expertise lies in Trade AI software at Conpend BV, where I lead projects in document examination, compliance control, and AML. My role involves gathering user requirements, backlog management, system customization, testing, and stakeholder demonstrations.

I have significant experience integrating Trade AI with Finastra's Fusion Trade Innovation plus (FTI+), mapping processes, collaborating with partners, and presenting implementations. Previously, at SoftClub-Development Center LLC in Belarus, I contributed to core banking projects, focusing on regulatory reporting, system configuration, and client support.

With a solid financial background, I oversaw Prudential Regulatory Reporting at the Development Bank of Belarus JSC and conducted financial analyses at Belgazprombank JSC. My skills include requirements analysis, system configuration, workflow development, stakeholder management, and financial modeling.
