I am an experienced sales engineer with over 9 years of experience in SaaS. With a background in networks, IT and unified communications, I am also a Cisco Certified Senior Sales Engineer and I bring excellent knowledge of hosted cloud based UCaaS and CCaaS platforms coupled with a robust understanding of related software and hardware. In my current role, I am mainly focused on supporting channel partners, helping them deliver and explain technical issues clearly to both a technical and non-technical audience.
Prior to this role, I was working a Solution Consultant in enterprise, mid-market and public sectors.
