With over 20 years of engineering experience, I am a Senior Engineering Consultant at Phoenix Engineering, a leading firm in the construction and engineering sectors. I specialize in procurement and contract management, delivering complex and high-value projects in diverse environments across Europe and beyond. @@As a procurement specialist, I enhance vendor competition and streamline procurement processes, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. I have extensive experience in writing and reviewing invitations to bid, scopes of work, project execution plans, and contracts.

I also lead and collaborate with design and engineering teams, third parties, and project disciplines, providing progress reporting and project planning. Some of my recent achievements include working on the Fortress Oil refinery project for Bunge as the CSA Lead and completing the largest SoW of my career for the Ijmuiden Ver project for TenneT. @@As a contract manager, I negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, and clients, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value for money. I have successfully handled multi-million euro contracts for various projects in offshore engineering, facility management, and civil site supervision domains.

I have also managed construction sites and site commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
