Entrepreneurial, driven, commercial, decisive and result-oriented Sr. HR Executive with very broad, generic (HR) experience in IT/software industry (international matrix organisation and private equity), Retail and Financial Services, both as Sr. HR Manager, Sr. HR Business Partner and Consultant.
Preferably operates in high demanding fast-paced organisations (PE) with high workload and changing environment
Balanced and well-rounded business (sparring) partner/liaison on a strategic, tactical and operational level
Strong hands-on mentality, can do mentality and organisational sensitivity in combination with fun
