Princy Sohal

I have 6+ years of experience in the HR domain. I have worked with multinational companies such as Tata and EY as well as with very young startups such as Novo and Genesis Block. I have extensive experience not only in deriving the already existing processes but in creating the whole HR department from scratch.

I am currently the Human Resources Manager at Genesis Block, which is a US based startup into Blockchain. As the first Human Resource employee, I designed and executed a coherent HR strategy, specifically targeting the company policies, culture and engagement, and performance management. I passionately advocate staff needs and ensure HR policies and procedures are clearly articulated to all employees.

This builds upon my earlier experiences as a Human Resources Manager at Novo (a US based fintech startup), here again I was the first employee in the HR Department and was responsible for building the HR department from the scratch and grew the team size from 7 employees to 100 employees; HR Associate at EY and SAP HR Consultant at Tata Technologies.

I hold a Master of Human Management and I have done my graduation in computer science.
