Seasoned HR professional who has performed in a wide array of international HR positions, leading professional HR and Communications in smaller and larger companies. After being CHRO at a Dutch listed company embarked on an experience that was “missing” on my CV: the divestment of a substantial part of UK based Life Sciences company to Cargill (one of the biggest privately owned USA companies of the world). As the succesful divestment and integration is coming to end in Q1 2023, it is now time to look ahead for a next challenge.
The challenge maybe a “regular” senior Human Resouces line management challenge or project.
Key words are: HR strategy, implementation, change and transformation, acting as a true HR business partner as part of an HR and Business team, teamwork and motivating and coaching peers/managers/employees. Flexible in frequent travel requirements and/or relocation to all EMEA and the Middle East.
Multiple international HR expertise and positions over a timespan of 30 years, ranging from operational HR functions, recruitment, management & leadership development, communications, Group HR, acquisitions & divestments and CHRO positions. Worked and lived in Switerserland and built working experience in all main continents with a focus on EMEA, USA, Brazil and Asia.
