Rajeesh Nittoor

Hi,

I'm Rajeesh Nittoor, Information design graduate student at NID, Bangalore. Before joining NID, I graduated in Architecture and worked as an Architect for 6 years.

I find myself very lucky to have received formal design education at a very early age. While doing architecture, I was exposed to product design and was fascinated with how digital design makes people’s life better. I joined NID shortly and am in a continuous process of learning design by solving problems.

During my post-graduation course, I learned that user-centered problem solving is front and center for all innovations. I learned to follow the process which will organically land on the best possible solution and create seamless experiences. I enjoy analyzing data and arriving at insights to create a holistic product vision.

Currently I completed my graduation project at Airbus, where I am leading a project to Unify Asset/Aircraft Management solution for Airbus and their associated stakeholders.

As a UX designer with a background in architecture and five years of digital design experience, I specialize in creating solutions for aircraft management, building information, and branding. I'm passionate about developing more efficient digital solutions for traditional practices and using a user-centered approach to design seamless experiences.

One of my recent collaborations was with Airbus's strategic design team on their Unified Aircraft Management Solution project, where I conducted user research, interviews, and designed a digital solution for aircraft recovery and transition. As a UX consultant, I focus on creating user-centered solutions to enhance products and services.

With a Masters in Design in Information Design from NID Bangalore, I have a strong foundation in user-centered problem-solving and a systematic approach to design. I also have experience working on experimental projects such as digital information, service design, data visualization, cartography, motion design and narrative storytelling. My passion for data analysis enables me to derive insights and develop a holistic product vision.
