Briefly, I am a technical visionary. My dominant skill is to look beyond the obvious and find unexpected solutions to complex problems. Transformative solutions. A client CEO commended me for a 98% success rate.

My technical expertise (Agile, DevOps, cloud migration and more) goes hand-in-glove with the soft skills to engage all members of the team, sparking their creativity and enabling them to share in the success. As a former Paralympian I know how to get them to buy into the vision and raise their game.

My approach is to get results fast. As you know, innovation can often be held up by the testing process. To speed that up, I developed a swift Proof of Concept technique for building prototypes, using Agile Sprint. Saves time and money.

Since 2011 I have been with Shell, managing a wide-ranging set of complex projects, following an extensive period managing programs and projects in energy companies, telecoms and the financial sector. My expertise extends beyond IT and I am demonstrably sound on strategic thinking and business acumen.
