I am a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in customer service and conducting scientific research, transcribing and leading projects. Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure.

A key strength is communication and good human relations; building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results. I have an incredible relationship with everyone I come in contact with due to my ability to draw people in and make them feel like part of something great. This virtue helps to turn challenging days to days of utmost productivity and less stress because of the positive vibe I am endowed with.

An innovative Urban Manager with over 5 years experience working in both public and private sectors as well as specialized research experience in Nature based solution(NbS). I have a leadership skill which has been demonstrated via my outstanding ability to plan strategically , formulate and implement environmental policy and manage within budgetary guidelines resulting in successful solutions.

As a customer service and quality assurance shopper Picnic online supermarket for 1 year, I was able to pack and screen the quality of goods to be prepared for loading and shipment. In addition to, assisting the leadership in receiving new products and slotting shelves and updating the database. I know my capabilities and the accrued vast knowledge I have acquired from my day to day experiences in the various sectors that require engaging more with people.

Currently, I am working as a part-time waitress and bartender at Shanghai Papa restaurant for 1 year and 8 month and also remotely for a water science policy company based in the UK for 1year and half, in translating articles to water content publication.

I graduated on November 15, 2021 from Erasmus University, Institute for Housing and Urban Development studies (IHS) Rotterdam , Netherlands. With a Masters degree in Urban Management and development, Specialized in Urban Environment, Sustainability and Climate Change. The course gave me a strong project management skill and enhanced my communication skill.

I got a lot of hands-on theoretical knowledge and also effective team working experience in a diversified international environment. Moreover , I took a leadership trainings which enhance my career prospect and teaches me how to influence people and solve possible problems innovatively.
