• Take care for the correctness/clarity of the Tech packs sent out.
• Providing support and working closely with design, sales, licensing, purchase department, and suppliers to create the best commercial collections within the target timeline.

• On top of all supplier communication and follow-up.

• Early setting and price negotiation for the production process in consultation with the purchasing department. Also making sure that the products are within standards and deadlines to meet.

• Manage and follow up after sketch phase to warehouse delivery.
• Organise fitting sessions, and judge samples according to, measurements details and workmanship.
• Cost sheet, style spec and size specs creation for all products.

• Reporting to the Senior Director Sourcing and Production
• Working on the development of the main collection.
• Advising design regarding technical possibilities and limitations
• Sending tech packs, comments and all changes on styles(proto/fit/sms/pps) to the vendors,
• Weekly meeting with the suppliers to control the status of the samples, follow up on deadlines for proto, SMS and bulk production
• Coordinating and ensuring that all the systems are updated and matching as per internal information (Excel, PLM, etc.).
• Taking a pro-active role in continuously improving the product in ways of quality and fit.
