- Take care for the correctness/clarity of the Tech packs sent out.
- Providing support and working closely with design, sales, licensing, purchase department, and suppliers to create the best commercial collections within the target timeline.
- Responsible for managing the product database system (PLM), keeping the system updated.
- Making sure that the product meets the right quality & functionality and addressing them in the sample phase to the involved departments
- On top of all supplier communication and follow-up.
- Contact person for producers, clients, and other internal departments during the sampling phase and is able to inform on all ongoing and outgoing projects.
- Early setting and price negotiation for the production process in consultation with the purchasing department. Also making sure that the products are within standards and deadlines to meet.

- Manage and follow up after sketch phase to warehouse delivery.
- Organise fitting sessions, and judge samples according to, measurements details and workmanship.
- Cost sheet, style spec and size specs creation for all products.
- Keeping updates on product development, samples & production status. Make sure all deadlines are met.
- On top of all supplier communication and follow up.
- Quality/ fabric testing, Making sure products are compliant.
- Advise Design on technical possibilities, solutions and limitations and pro-active in continuously improving the product.
- Judge, balance superior product design and commercial viability
