Veronica Ferru

I am a young girl with a great desire to get involved and learn as much as possible in the world of work. I have a great sensitivity and determination that can always reach my goals. Strong organizational skills and experienced team collaboration. Thanks to my charisma and strong personality I am an efficient communicator and problem solving, which makes me have an innate gift of leadership. Thanks to my passion for travel I have travelled a lot since I was a child until I faced an Erasmus and a work experience abroad.

I’m 27 years old. I was born in Sardinia. I’ve always been a curious girl who doesn’t like monotony. As a child I always had a passion for humanities, psychology and travel. I’ve always played a sport, since I was 7 I’ve done a competitive swimming and then I continued to train in the gym. I’ve always felt the need to be independent as soon as possible and when I was 16, I started working as a swimming instructor. After my studies I started the University and I’ve always looked for a job that would allow me to study and work. I worked as a store clerk, a waitress, but I always felt a strong necessity to leave and move away from my city. In fact, I did Erasmus, and I lived for 9 months in Spain, that experience helped me to grown up, learn a new language and be more determined and achieve my goals. After the university I continued to work as a head waitress in the summer season and I started helping my partner in managing his holiday house, booking management, check-in/out, customer service, administrative services. All this didn’t make me feel satisfied and I decided to leave for a winter season in Switzerland, but I made the decision late and I applied for the only available position, as housekeeping. After this experience I understood that I have to follow my ambition and find my way outside Italy and for this I moved to Holland.

I graduate in Education Science in the Italian University and now I'm taking a human resources course
