We're looking for a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition across a portfolio of growth-focused clients. You'll plan, launch and optimise campaigns that tie directly to pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do

• Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Own budgets, bidding and creative testing end to end.
• Report on performance in terms clients care about — leads and sales, not vanity metrics.

What we're looking for

• 3 years running paid media with real budget accountability.
• Fluent with analytics and comfortable using AI to move faster.
• A clear communicator who can own client relationships directly.
