Proven ability to lead HSSE activities across multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and offshore operations in international environments. International experience both from operations and management (UAE, Africa, Europe). Leading positions since 2020.
Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads and successfully balance multiple projects, stakeholders, and commitments simultaneously. QHSER-experience from offshore drilling and projects within oil & gas, subsea production systems and subsea power cable installation. Portfolio & Project HSSE Manager – Subsea Production Systems at OneSubsea / SLB (2026-01 – Present)
Responsible for HSSE management within subsea installation projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf for major operator companies and portfolio responsibility for one of the major clients. The role includes planning, implementation and follow-up of HSSE requirements to ensure safe and efficient execution of offshore operations.
Key responsibilities include leading HSSE activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and preparation phases to offshore execution, with particular focus on risk management through activities such as HAZID, HAZOP and Safe Job Analysis (SJA). The role also involves ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory requirements and internal standards, as well as follow-up/approval of suppliers and subcontractors regarding safety and quality performance. The position requires close cooperation with operators, vessel management and offshore installation teams, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of a strong safety culture across project teams.
Project QHSER Manager – Marine Installation at Nexans Norway AS (2024-05 – 2025-12)
Lead responsible for QHSER within subsea power cable installation projects across a wide range of international projects, including BorWin 6, Estlink 2 Repair and East Anglia One Cable Repair. Main focus on marine installation operations, while also providing QHSER support across multidisciplinary project teams and offshore activities. Appointed as Site Installation Manager in Dubai during installation of an HVDC platform cable project, including responsibility for vessel inspections and offshore installation site inspections.

Primary responsibility for coordinating and executing all preparatory and closing activities related to client and regulatory audits on our drilling installations. Accountable for updating and controlling governing documentation, coordinating activities, and following up on non-conformities and verifications. The role also includes document review and verification of different operations, i.e. emergency preparedness organization, crane and lifting operations, and internal management systems for both the onshore organization and the offshore installations.
HSE Manager - Offshore at Seadrill Europe (2020-09 – 2022-05)
Lead responsible for HSE management on a modern harsh-environment drilling unit operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. This included monitoring the working environment, managing non-conformities, reporting, and coordinating SIMOPS with the client and installation management.
