I am a soccer coach with a UEFA A license. I have more than 15 years of experience as a coach of seniors and youth in professional football. The last 8 years I worked in Oslo, Norway. In working with young people, I also draw on a wealth of video analysis, which helps to reinforce the best aspects of the players and find solutions for development in the best possible way.

What tasks I can solve.

• Develop individual skills and increase the number of skilled players at the club by skillfully leading groups and keeping them motivated.
• Reduce the number of players who quits.
• Develop players according to their own potential and commitment at the sports and social level.
• Maintain an environment conducive to the development of players and coaches.
• To be patient and wait for the results of development and create a balance between sports and social development.
