Currently employed as a housekeeper for Terra Vive Suites & Apartments. I enjoy this job because I like cleaning and find it satisfying to create a hospitable environment for our guests. I also enjoy interacting with our guests and assisting them in any way I can to make their experience as satisfactory as possible.

At this job, I often deal with customers and their requests. Providing exemplary customer service is essential, so I employ problem-solving skills to fulfil their requests while not compromising my own duties. I have to work closely with other cleaners and management to make sure all of our supplies are appropriately replenished and so that we are all working as efficiently as possible.

I often need to clean areas in a given period of time. This means that I need to figure out how long I could realistically spend on each individual aspect to meet my goals and manage my time wisely.

Volunteer position at local Red Cross Store. In this role, I do a bit of everything, but usually end up working the floor, point-of-sale, juggling donations, and generally tidying up to make the store more presentable.
