Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for change plans already in progress, further development and delivery of impact and learning needs analysis, early life-support, readiness and adoption plans to strategically manage enterprise-wide training prior to November go-live.
- Design/build of support content, mobilisation of change network and facilitation of online and in-person training and awareness sessions.

Contract role as Change Lead for Payments NZ’s 7 Day Processing (SBI365) programme. Essentially delivering 7 day domestic payments for all banking customers in New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ownership of detailed change deliverables across five workstreams. Including detailed impact assessments, learning needs analysis, strategic plans to manage go-live incident management and change resistance, go-live readiness/support, adoption and transition to BAU.
- Development and execution of risk assessments, benefit realisation, and other applicable change deliverables, using a wide range of materials and mediums, e.g. training bytes, facilitated sessions from Executive level to end users, eLearning, videos, marketing material, screensavers, intranet ‘hubs’, FAQ’s, quick reference guides and more.
