Naubasta Limestone Mines - Opencast
- Mine operation, planning and designing using mine planning software SURPAC and AutoCAD.
- Production scheduling: the final product is transported through an interconnecting belt conveyor between the stacker and the HSI hammer primary crusher, achieving a maximum output of 1600 tph with a size reduction ratio of up to 1:100, and the final output is 100 mm.
- The winning of limestone (CaO 40 to 47%) is done by controlled drilling and blasting operations, with load and haul by shovel-dumper combination, having an output of 600 tph and 9000 tpd (three-shift operations).

Opencast limestone and marl mining operations
- Production of Limestone ROM final product through interconnecting belt conveyor between the stacker and automated HSI hammer primary crusher EV 200x300, having a feed opening of 2 meters, maximum output of 1750 tph, and C2 main motor capacity of 1200 kW, as well as a size reduction ratio of up to 1:100, with a final product output of 100 mm.
- Meeting the quality requirements of the clinker and cement manufacturing process from limestone based on LSF, silica modulus/ratio (SM), alumina modulus/alumina iron ratio (AM), raw mill to clinker factor, kiln feed to clinker factor, and clinker to cement factor as Project Engineer by executing the Quality Management Plan.
- Limestone and marl production: 9,000 tpd with different lead distances. Winning of limestone (CaO 45 to 51) is done by surface miner (Wirtgen SM 2200) operation (500 tph), and load and haul by FEL and 25 mt. Rear discharge Hyva having an output of 600 tph, i.e., 9000 tpd (two shift operation).
- Winning of marl (CaO - 8 to 30 and SiO2 - 30 to 47) is done by nine (one standby) numbers of 35 mt. Rear discharge dumper and two hydraulic shovels (BC of 3.9 m3) having an output of 260 tph. 4000 tpd (two-shift operation).
- Installation of six KSB submersible mine pumps (48 kW and 74 kW) in a watery mine pit with a pontoon for supplying water to the cement plant at a capacity of 1,900 KL/day, followed by the expansion of mine pits accordingly with the excavation activities.

Opencast iron ore mining operations with primary crushing and screening
- Commissioning of the primary crusher: Sandvik CJ 211 to achieve an output of 250 tph, along with multi-stage mobile screens (Extec 450) operations having an output of 600 tph. With quality control of iron ore, along with a dry magnetic separator for ROM (2500 TPD), to segregate non-magnetic material from iron ore, resulting in a reduction of 24% in production and processing costs, and a grade uplift of 10% in Fe, with a yield of 50 to 60%.
- Execute the scope of the project, prepare the Quality Management and Control Plan, plan and track project milestones to commission and execute the operation of the primary crusher (CJ-211) and screening plant (Extec-450), as well as initiate the production of saleable and magnetic iron ore from the magnetic separator (200 tph) - 4000 gauss, which segregates 0 to 10 mm size (based on future implementation of magnetization reduction roasting technology using low-grade iron ore - BHQ, BHJ, BMQ, etc
- Winning of iron ore (Fe 55% to 68%) by a 400 tph rock breaker and load and haul with two 2.2 m3 backhoes and nine (one standby) 45 te hyva, having an output of 3000 tpd (one shift operation) up to a lead of 3 km, as well as overburden (12,000 m3/day) removed by seven (one standby) 2.2 m3 backhoes and 22 (two standby) hyva with a lead of 1.5 km (one shift operation).
