Janith Ekanayake

I am a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on cost estimation, cost control, and project management. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management in University of Sheffield Hallam, United Kingdom. Also I'm on progress to get membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

During my career, I have worked on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, residential properties, and public infrastructure. My experience includes preparing detailed bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender documents, conducting feasibility studies, and providing cost advice to clients.
