With 15 years' experience as Civil Engineer Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer in Maintenance/Construction Industries with more than 6 years' experience in Oil and Gas Firm in Occidental of Oman (OXY) such as Mukhaizna Oilfield & Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) Projects such as Yibal Khuff Project.

Reporting of monthly revenue, cost & margin to Project Manager, Financial Manager and COO
Preparation of monthly WIP (Work in Progress) & VOWD (Value of work done)
Preparation of monthly Accruals
Preparation of monthly WIP Aging
Preparation of monthly CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) & Forecast (AARO)
Preparation of monthly billing (SAP Ariba)
Preparation of Change orders
Weekly and monthly meeting with Project team & Client
Site visit and client reconciliation
Subcontracting (RFQ/Subcontract agreement/ADHOC quote/Invoicing/Issue of PO/Payment certificate/Monitoring of cost on TP scope of works)
Preparation of monthly cash flow and invoice aging report
Preparation of monthly PRISM to client (Oxy)
Cost estimation to forecast manpower, materials, equipment and all related cost
Cost allocation and coordination to finance team
Closed out and final value of work instruction
