Yazareth Ng

At the outset of my professional journey, I have played a pivotal role in overseeing large -scale projects demanding stringent control over technical quality, timelines, and budgets. Establishing direct relationships with end customers and suppliers has been integral to ensuring project success and achieving satisfactory outcomes.

I am committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement, eager to contribute to teams and organizations that value efficiency, sustainability, and compliance at every stage of their supply chain and operations.

My experience extends beyond Huawei, including roles at First Quantum Minerals, Halliburton, and Sony, where I consistently improved processes, reduced delivery times, and enhanced communication between teams.

I have successfully managed complex logistics operations, ensured the timely receipt of materials and maintaining inventory accuracy. My expertise in compliance and corporate governance played a crucial role in maintaining high standards and efficiency throughout the process. I have a proven track record of implementing strategies to reduce costs, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.

For example, I led a project that resulted in a 70% reduction in inventory and an 87% improvement in space utilization in my last role in Huawei.
