Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. We need an adaptable engineer who can comfortably navigate different layers of the stack. You should have deep expertise in mobile development using React Native, a solid backend foundation, and practical, mid-level experience integrating AI features.

Responsibilities

• Building End-to-End: You’ll lead the development of scalable features from the database all the way to the mobile UI, ensuring everything connects flawlessly.
• Mobile Excellence: You'll build and optimize cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, ensuring high performance, responsive UIs, and smooth native integrations for both iOS and Android.
• Integrating AI Features: You'll help implement AI functionalities like LLM integrations, basic agentic workflows, or context-aware prompts, making sure they function smoothly within the app experience.
• Backend Connections: You’ll build and maintain robust backend services and APIs to support both your mobile features and the data processing needed for the AI tools.
• Teaming Up: You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and the rest of the team in an Agile environment to turn requirements into seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of fullstack software engineering, with a proven track record of working effectively at a senior level.
• React Native Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience building, profiling, and deploying production-ready React Native applications. You understand mobile performance, state management, and native modules inside and out.
• Mid-Level AI Experience: We don't expect an absolute AI expert, but you do need practical experience working with AI integrations. You should understand how to handle APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic, manage basic prompt engineering, and weave these smart features into standard user workflows.
• Backend Chops: Strong backend engineering skills (Node.js, TypeScript, or Python preferred) with experience building scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of how to structure and query data using relational (like PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
• Great Communication: Strong English skills are a must. You need to be able to explain complex architectural decisions clearly to both the technical team and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• You've set up CI/CD pipelines specifically for mobile apps (like Fastlane, Expo EAS, or similar).
• You know your way around cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (like LangChain) or vector databases.
