• Lead Shipping and Receiving Tech. UPS and FedEx delivery receiving, including processing invoices, determining recipient department and processing and distribution throughout Sharp Memorial campus, Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Sharp Coronado Hospital, and all Sharp Rees-Stealy locations throughout San Diego.
• Lead Supply Distribution Tech, I collected and sanitized inpatient medical equipment post patient use. Maintained par values by floor and unit. Verified stock and orders were maintained according to protocols.
• SRS COVID and Flu Swabber. Assisted patients with swabbing and collecting nasal samples, transporting the samples to the lab and documenting the collection for EHR report. Replaced or sanitized equipment post patient use.
• Trained in proper inpatient and outpatient airborne and blood borne protocols.

PPE Tech at Sharp Rees-Stealy (2020-09 – 2021-05)

Daily count of PPE, urgent care supplies, i.e., needles, testing supplies, etc. Stock the Outdoor Respiratory Clinics (ORC) with PPE and supplies. Screen patients for symptoms of COVID-19. Assists clinical team with handing them supplies to treat the patients. Sanitize reusable equipment after each use. Transport lab specimens to the facility lab and document MRN and which tests are being performed.

Prep Chef at Sodexo (2017-05 – 2020-09)

Cook I and Prep chef for Sharp Memorial Hospital cafeteria. Duties include: Salad preparation, sandwich preparation, salad bar set up and stocking, meat preparation, doctor lounge catering and general catering. During COVID-19 I was transitioned to assist on the patient tray line assembling meal trays for inpatients. Certified Food Handler.
