Job Summary The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of corporate learning strategies that build leadership capability, strengthen people skills, and support business growth.
This role oversees end-to-end learning initiatives, leveraging industry best practices, digital learning technologies, and data-driven insights to develop a future-ready workforce.
The ideal candidate is a strong learning leader with hands-on experience in corporate training, proven expertise in instructional design, and preferred exposure to logistics, warehousing, and supply chain environments.
Lead the design and development of corporate learning programs using the ADDIE model
Manage and facilitate leadership, people skills, and functional training programs
Drive the implementation and optimization of digital learning solutions (e.g., LMS and learning tools)
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with organizational goals
Measure training effectiveness through L&D metrics, analytics, and reporting
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and governance of learning programs
Coach and guide trainers or L&D team members, as applicable
Bachelor's degree in any four (4)-year course
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Solid functional expertise in Learning & Development and instructional design
Proven experience in corporate training facilitation and program management
Hands-on exposure to LMS and digital learning technologies
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
