• *Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Metro Cebu, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As a Team Leader Developer, you will oversee and guide a development team to deliver high-quality technology projects. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of scalable solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements. You will also troubleshoot issues, ensure timely delivery of projects, and contribute to process improvements within the development workflow.

• *Qualifications**
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Salesforce Meta, Java, .NET, or JavaScript, with experience in full-stack development
• Strong knowledge in systems architecture, software design patterns, and scalable development techniques
• Experience with platforms like Salesforce and cloud solutions
• Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and guiding developers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
