• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer systems and applications
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs
• Providing technical support and training to end-users
• Monitoring network performance and security
• Maintaining documentation and records of IT operations

Work Environment:

• Can work in office environments, either on-site or remotely

• Can do fast-paced and respond to urgent technical issues
• Hours can be regular business hours but may also include evenings/weekends for on-call support.
