Reports directly to the Commercial Manager.

 Review contract document, specification and other related document of the project as basis for billing / close out and claims.

 Prepare and Monitors Forecasted Project Budget (Material, Labor, Equipment, Consumables)

 Prepare, monitors, and analyzes cost variances / cash flows.

 Coordinates with Planning & Scheduling engineers, Material Control engineers and Design Engineers for any deviation from plan and ensures that all site instructions specifically item with schedule and cost impact are properly monitored and documented to ensure 100% probability claim thru Variation Order / Change

Order.

 With interface to Accounting (Finance) in submitting deliverables, verifies payables prior to release of payment to Vendor.

 Prepare progress / milestone Billing to Client.

 Analyzes all cost incurred especially permanent materials and prepares cost transfer memo for any mischarging and back charges.

 Encodes /Monitor man-hour distribution and equipment utilization

 SAP input (SUS Portal – Shell Supplier Portal / ARIBA SAP Portal) of Monthly Valuation / Billable.

 Monitors subcontractor’s accomplishments & progress billings.

 Monitors material procurement cost.

 Prepare & collates data from different area / group for monthly KPI report to the management & Client.

 Perform any other ad hoc activities as required.

 Adhere to Company Safety & Quality procedure & standards.
