• Hired as an agent for an Outbound Sales account – a collections program for a radio satellite service based in the USA
• Promoted as a Subject Matter Expert after 9 months of being one of the top agents of the same program; served as a coach for ABay
• Became a part of the support team who launched a new LOB (line of business) for an outbound telemarketing sales program set to win back their previous customers providing pioneering ABay support
• After the pioneering team for WinBack has been endorsed to full time operations, moved to support a regular tenured team of the main touchpoint of the sales LOB for Outbound Sales
• Promoted as a papered operations supervisor and handled another pioneering team for a new Outbound Sales touchpoint which eventually added more volume for the same campaign because of the team's success in attaining an excellent SPH (Sales Per Hour) and NLY (Net Leads Yield) performance that resulted to be named as one of the top supervisors for Q2 of 2024
• After having a good run for 2 years in Outbound Sales account, was personally hand-picked to join a premium account about emergency response and assistance to bring fresh ideas and perspective in increasing sales and saves for the program

• Continued to be a retail generalist for a top online retail brand based in the USA which main KPIs are CSAT, Sales, and QA
• Became one of the top performing agents for the seasonal campaign and was offered a regular contract for the same LOB
