I am currently a Security Managed Services Analyst and Identity Engineer at Accenture, where I act as Identity Engineer, managing enterprise IdP environments, handling complex IAM incidents, and administering access governance across banking systems. I have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, ISVA/IBM Security Verify, and exposure to Saviynt and Okta through training. My responsibilities include automating processes, maintaining servers, performing access reviews, creating and updating SOPs, mentoring team members, and supporting audit and compliance requirements.
Previously, I worked as an IT Service Desk Specialist at Hellmann SSC, managing end-to-end access provisioning and deprovisioning, maintaining IT infrastructure, and delivering L2/L3 support across APAC with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
