I have several years of working experience in the customer service industry, from Entertainment, to Retail, to IT. I also can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English as I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I always prioritize building rapport with clients through genuine interactions, and the growth of the company.

I am very passionate when it comes to learning new skills as I believe that it will further develop how I approach complicated situations. However, in the case that I encounter any situation that I find too difficult to find the best solution, I will always communicate to my colleagues to ensure that whatever I do will stay in the best interests of the company as well as the team.
