• Creation and development of trade programs for retail partners to ensure continuous product growth while also hitting monthly sales targets.
• Ensure proper trade merchandising executions and innovate merchandising collaterals based on requirements and sales target set for both retail and direct consumers.
• Supervised assigned third-party agency on all Trade Merchandising executions and Retail events. 
• Processed all approved billing for Market Execution events and monitoring of trade marketing budget.

• Spearheaded the execution of store marketing and merchandising plans for the new Sun brand relaunch campaign on Oct. 2017 that yielded positive impact to the brand and protected subscriber base.
• Managed the creation, handling and execution of all seasonal promo plans and in-store merchandising materials at Smart Stores and Sun Shops nationwide.
• Provided expertise in merchandising and sales support materials for new postpaid product launches and consumer events to achieve monthly postpaid targets for both volume and revenue.
