I was a former employee of Convergys and my role was a level 2 customers' technical assistance for Windows and Mac Operating System and also covers Microsoft Office Packages upselling, software upgrade, and remote installations. I was also a former employee of TEDECHIA Construction Enterprises, where I organize, Monitor, and accomplish Work Orders in a daily basis. Got assigned at the warehouse where I keep track of all the records of the supplies.
Process the tracking and filing of material requests, document invoices both from the company's supplier, and the company's invoices released from the warehouse as the main project of the company was construction and building repairs. Got included on the company's IT where I personally encoded a huge amount of data which was uploaded at the company's Carl Source software. And did Timekeeping as well.

I worked at this company under Microsoft where I handle inbound calls directly from the customers that owns either Windows or Mac Operating systems and are still covered by the product warranty. I also provide them workarounds and walkthroughs on some Microsoft Office tools that exists on their purchased Microsoft Office Product Package. I also do remote installation and uninstallation of Microsoft Operating System for Windows and Mac computers then pushes through with the upselling since they are clear with the Microsoft Office product.
Suggests upgrades that can be suitable to the customer's tool utilization, and also does downgrades for those customers who insists that the product they are having was no longer convenient for them due to particular reasons.
