I am a Pilipino citizen by birth. I am a license mechanical engineer. My mechanical engineering practice was carried out domestically and internationally. I like team work and work the best I can. I am a hardworking man always aiming my objective. My core value is a God fearing person.

I am a Registered Mechanical Engineer with more than 35 years of local and international engineering experience across water treatment, power generation, industrial, petrochemical, oil & gas (offshore & onshore), utility and infrastructure, and maintenance projects. Throughout my career I have held senior technical, project delivery and quality management roles, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting major projects from planning and tendering through construction, commissioning and operational handover.

My recent experience with First Balfour Inc. includes involvement in Energy Projects, Maintenance projects, OHTL Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Water Projects, and tender support activities. In these roles, I have provided technical guidance, supported project quality governance, prepared and reviewed project quality documentation, participated in audits and reviews, and worked closely with project teams to ensure compliance with client and project requirements.

Over the course of my career, I have also contributed to major infrastructure and energy projects across United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Myanmar, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Singapore, and the Philippines. These experiences have provided me with strong technical leadership capabilities, extensive stakeholder engagement experience, and a practical understanding of project delivery across complex engineering environments.
